POSITION SUMMARY(职位概述)
This position ensures a significant reagent business growth in Clinical market by establishing key account relationship in territory .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主要职责)
1.Offer academic exchange and application service to key accounts to drive clinical reagent business growth in territory.
2.Be responsible for key customer relationships and on-going sales-related initiatives to achieve business objectives
3.Work closely with distributors and provide management support at every point of sales & marketing activities
4.Develop and manage new customers including the current ones,understanding customers' requirements
5.Be responsible for marketing information collection, especially competitive information.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES(技能)
1. More than 2-yearexperience in KA management management
2. Can work under pressure and accept business trip
3. Self-motivated and result-driven
4. Good communication, collaboration and teamwork skills with customers
5. Good paper reading skills for both English and Chinese.
DESIRABLE(优先条件)
1. Master and above degree, and major in clinical or related will be preferred.
