Job Position: Finance Manager
Job Location: Wing Hing Auto Services Sdn Bhd.
6, Persiaran Kip 3, Taman Perindustrian Kip, 52200 Kuala Lumpur, Federal
Territory of Kuala Lumpur.
Working Mode: On-Site
Jobs & Responsibilities:
- Experience in managing Full Set Account.
- Monthly payroll preparation (e.g.: statutory submission/ payment, leave update in payslip and etc).
- Experience in AP & AR role, manage to prepare and crosscheck it reports.
- Formulate the company's financial, accounting systems and budget management systems.
- To establish and improve financial management and accounting system.
- Responsible for the daily management of the Finance Department, and organize and urge department personnel to complete various tasks within the scope of their duties.
- Provide financial reports and necessary financial analysis on time and ensure that these reports are reliable and accurate (e.g.: to handle 10 outlets closing and P&L reports).
- Responsible for supervising and directing the financial work of directly operated stores, regularly summarize and report their operating results, financial status and analyze potential risks, and supervise and check the implementation of their financial budgets.
- Manage relationships with banks, taxation, industry and commerce and other institutions, and handle business transactions with the company in a timely manner (e.g.: deal and prepare audit report).
- This position will be reporting to Director.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned from direct superior.
Key Requirements:
- Required spoken and written language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI / ACCA/ Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or its relevant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related roles and responsibilities. Candidates who have worked for automotive industry will have an added advantage.
- Knowledge of use Michelin system is an added advantage.
- Ability to lead, manage and empower a finance team.
- Experience in planning and implementing finance strategies.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
