What's your job like?
- Collection of service and maintenance charges and issuance of receipts.
- To Issue of Purchase Orders and liaison with accounts department on collection and payments.
- Ensure timely filing and maintain proper filing system
- Processing and documentation of invoices, billings, collection report, correspondences and other documents related to authorities, and other legal matter related to the maintenance and management of the property.
- Assist in issuance purchase orders, capital acquisition request and letter of award
- Provide customer service to tenants and purchasers.
- Issuance and keeping track inventory of access cards and resident cards.
- Assist in the dissemination of information via the issuance of letters, notices, telephone, and emails.
- Maintenance of office equipment - To ensure all office equipment are well maintained and ensure timely service from supplier. Replenish and controlling of office supplies.
Who are we looking for?
- Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Professional Certificate
- Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant working experience
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Language proficiency (English & Bahasa Melayu)
