We are seeking a Director to lead our professional team at RaumaCell. The goal is to run the unit in a safely, efficiently and profitably. What you’ll do

You will have overall responsibility of the whole RaumaCell operations: sales, new product development, marketing, production and technical customer service.

You will ensure profitability and cash flow of RaumaCell fluff pulp business.

You will lead and develop the RaumaCell business, processes and personnel with the focus on safety, sustainability, profitability and high quality.

You will lead the team of professionals, processes and development activities.

As a leader for RaumaCell you will be in the front line when developing sustainable products together with our partners.
Who you are

You have Master of Science or Business degree with commercial or technical experience

You are a dynamic person with entrepreneurial mindset

You are fluent in Finnish and English
