Job Description
Responsibilities:
- In charge of daily operational matter of the food market and ensure smooth operations flow
- Check & monitor all hygiene standards for food market.
- Monitor the HACCP implementation.
- Provide operational service support i.e. stocks, pest control, grease pipe maintenance to retailers.
- Routine spot check on maintenance of operating equipment to ensure optimum efficiency.
- Resolve issues raised by tenants and customers in timely manner.
- Review of goods and services contracts and undertake negotiation process with the providers.
- Work with head office on formulating and driving F&B campaigns
- Maintain food standards of food market overall aesthetics (food/display) and grooming standard of staff
- Prepare daily and monthly report on operations
- Any other duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): Food and Beverage management, Food And Beverage Operation.
- Possess and updated with comprehensive knowledge of local council, regulatory requirements and standards for HACCP
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
