Quality & Document Control Manager - Saudi Arabia
The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialists are supporting a leading Engineering Manufacturing Company who are requiring a quality and document control manager for a metro project in Saudi Arabia
This role would be best suited to a Saudi National, or expat already based in the country
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system for the metro project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Establish and maintain quality control processes, including inspection procedures, testing protocols, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define quality objectives and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality control processes.
- Oversee the creation, revision, and distribution of project-related documents, including specifications, manuals, and reports.
- Monitor document control procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of project documentation.
- Provide guidance and training to project staff on quality control and document control procedures, promoting a culture of quality excellence.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and subcontractors to ensure their adherence to quality control standards and contractual requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements for the role are:
- Engineering Degree
- 5 years of experience in the quality department of which min 2 years as quality manager
- Significant knowledge of Quality assurance standards and tools
- Experience working in the railway industry is desirable
- Previous work experience in KSA
- English language as a minimum; Arabic or French language could be a plus
- Experience using Aconex
- Familiar with quality tools: 8D, PDCA, QRQC, etc.
- Knowledge of complex spreadsheets, databases, word processing and selected job-specific software, including e-Document management systems

25,000 SAR per month + health insurance and flights
