Job Description:
- Responsible to support day to day office administration matters.
- Assist on company events preparation.
- Assist on renewal local authorities and others government authorities.
- Renewal of vehicle insurance, roadtax, arrange puspakom inspection with company runner.
- Responsible for weekly checking and control of waste management.
- Responsible to prepare invoices, service report / DO (if any) of Maintenance repair / stationery purchases.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel, Canva)
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and manages multi-tasking effectively.
- Fast learning and willing to be trained.
- Proven team player, flexible, fast learner and alert.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
