Sales Support Officer [Malaysia]

  • Prepare, process and issue sales quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery orders.
  • Monitor and keep good track of stock inventory by ensuring accuracy of data recording.
  • Plan, manage and coordinate delivery schedule and daily transport shipment.
  • Assist salesperson in monitoring customer accounts and aging reports.
  • Liaise closely with internal staff and external parties including customers, suppliers, transporters and outsource agents.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports for review.
  • Ensure proper record filling and documentation of reports.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Primary Language(s): English.
  • SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-2 years' working experience in a similar field.
  • Result-oriented, aggressive, ability to communicate with a pleasant personality.
  • Possess own vehicle and must be computer literate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
