HR Generalist - Recruitment
Working closely within the internal team and management, you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to new and current employees and managers, using intermediate-level technical knowledge, on a broad range of human resource policies, with a focus on recruitment.
Core Workplace Objectives
- Responsible for the execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, onboarding, performance management and recruitment administration.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Review staff information and induction process regularly for compliance and operational requirements.
Working Hours:
This Position is a Monday to Friday role, predominately 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Job Type: Permanent Part-time, 37.5hrs/Week.

Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field), and knowledge and understanding of HR principles,
- An ability to occasionally travel to Charters Towers
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Have a minimum of 2 years' HR Generalist experience, and possess the ability to communicate and form relationships with all stakeholders, employees and clients, Excellent written, computer and communication skills.
